More than anything else we are Jesus followers. More than anything else after that we are a family.  Dad is a dad, pastor, speaker and (wishes he was more of a) writer. Mom is a mom, a teacher, a speaker, a soccer ref (really!), and a pastor’s wife.

Everyone in the family is also a musician. We have had a blast leading worship together and doing some concerts together.

John most recently pastored New Vision BIC church in Pewaukee, WI for eight years. Now John and Toni are living in Ubon Ratchathani, Thailand to pursue an informal cross-cultural ministry and for John to write. A few ministry resources are posted at KingdomOutfitters.org.

After Micah returned from Thailand, where he was teaching mathematics and representing Jesus, on June 25, 2011 he married Tracey Kipe. They are now house parents at Hershey School, Hershey, PA. Nathanael married Sarah Aug. 15, 2009, and is finishing a PhD in Louisiana.  Gabe, who married Nelly in 2012, obtained his doctorate in optometry in Memphis with his wife Nelly after teaching Chemistry in PA.  Judah married Jane (2012) and is settled in Harrisburg, PA, as an engineer with a long-range goal of living in China. Seth graduated after three years at Messiah College in engineering and, after working for DuPont in North Carolina, is living cross-culturally in Thailand. We are very excited that he married Natalie Anders in August 2, 2014! God has been giving us absolutely wonderful daughters-in-law!

Baruch and Asher still live in Wisconsin. Asher, after graduating from UW Steven’s Point is working in food service and fitness. Baruch, is working at Starbucks while studying online.

Micah, Judah and Seth were part of Root Side Up (and on facebook), a contemporary band with its roots in heaven and bearing fruit on earth!
